Watermelon Tourmaline Charoite Sterling Silver Pendant Crystal Necklace

This is a very nice and ornate piece - it weighs 17 grams. It's on a 24" Italian fine sterling silver box chain. As with all things made by Mother Nature the tourmaline crystal does have some imperfections. There is an amethyst crystal channel set into the frame above the crystal.  Russian charoite  tongue stone set into the bottom. I've loved this art deco design. Time for a new home. You will be hard pressed to find tourmaline, amethyst and charoite together. If you've been lusting after a nice piece this one is a beauty.

I bought it at the Tucson Gem show late 80's. The  chain does show slight patina however just toss it in a sock - tie it off and throw it in your next wash and it will come out like new if that is the look you want. I wouldn't advise throwing the crystal pendant in there. Make sure you don't put it in the dryer. I pretty much have been using the "washer" cleaning method for years with fabulous success. Anyway the pendant - the whole thing measures 2 and 5/8 inches long.
