Cool piece - very well constructed - turquoise enameling over a high polished gold plate. Multi-colored rhinestones pave set into the stars. This one measures 2 1/8" wide and 2" tall - great statement. My last piece - very rare color. Just try to find it - go ahead - I'll wait.
