Not signed but should be - actually I think it's either Danecraft or AJC - I've seen it before but don't remember the streaking tear. It measures 3.25 inches tall so it's a bigger piece.  High polished and contrasting matt plate. Old stored hotel stock in mint condition - never been worn - I believe he's the Tin Man about to rust.
