This is a petty piece for the dolphin lover. Gorqeous aqua ocean blue enamels The waves are likke luminous. Ther's tiny little rhinestone embedded in the waves. High polished silver plate - this one measures 2 1/4" long. I actually don't know where this piece came from - just unlisted stock I guess.
