Pewter in nature with bright ruby red glitter over. each shoe has one single rhinestone in the bow. This piece is signed in 3 different places but these old eyes can't quite make it out. I can see Made in USA - then there is some script name - then another stamp - I really tried to catch it with the camera but no luck. There is a number of 4519 that is clear. I thought I got these from a company called Comstock but I don't think that's what it says. The measure 1 3/8" long. Mint never used. Only one I have
